Reduce & reverse sun damage with tomatoes

If you’ve been spending a lot of time in the sun, it’s important to incorporate tomatoes into your meals. Tomatoes contain lycopene which is a very important nutrient which neutralizes sun damage and skin aging from exposure to UV rays.

Below: I sauteed sun-dried tomatoes with brussel sprouts in a pesto sauce. Result = YUM!
