Drink up – orange & lime water

On hot summer days, I’ll cut up some fruit and put it into a jug of water which I keep in the fridge. After about an hour, the water is cool and super refreshing – and calorie-free!

Instead of drinking sugar-laden, high calorie juices and drinks, try making your own fruity water. Here, I’ve cut up half an orange and a full lime..and the result is simple and delicious!
